OECD says improves outlook for Russia’s 2023, 2024 GDP decline
MOSCOW, Jun 7 (PRIME) -- The Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) has improved its outlook for the fall of Russia’s gross domestic product (GDP) in 2023 to 1.5% from the previous expectations of 2.5%, as seen by PRIME in the organization’s report for June on Wednesday.
The forecast for 2024 was improved to a 0.4% contraction from 0.5%.
The OECD also improved its expectation of the global economic growth to 2.7% from 2.6% this year.
